Burnaby is a city in the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia, Canada. Located in the centre of the Burrard Peninsula, it neighbours the City of Vancouver to the west, the District of North Vancouver across the confluence of the Burrard Inlet with its Indian Arm to the north, Port Moody and Coquitlam to the east, New Westminster and Surrey across the Fraser River to the southeast, and Richmond on the Lulu Island to the southwest. Burnaby was incorporated in 1892 and achieved its city status in 1992. They emailed me the results of the diagnosis and their recommendation. Kept constant communication every step of the way by phone. Dereck was thorough in explaining what was wrong and answered my questions patiently. And when I went back to take my car the owner took time to make sure I understood what was wrong and what was done to fix it. I am quite happy with the service.

As a female owning a Mercedes Benz (which I worked very hard for) most auto mechanic companies I have gone to have tried to rip me off thinking I don’t know anything about cars. My first encounter with Crompton was after Canadian Tire tried to tell me I needed to replace many things including tires, carburetor etc. which I had just done the previous year. I knew there was nothing wrong with my car so I got referred to Crompton where the team did another full inspection. Nothing was wrong with my car at all.
