Spray Foam Insulation, Foam Insulation, Closed Cell Spray Foam, Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation
Description:
Spray foam insulation is insulation that has been applied in liquid form, then expanded to make a thick foam. There are two types of spray foam insulation: open cell and closed cell. Closed cell spray foam insulation can be thicker and more expensive, but it is also more effective at keeping moisture out and has an R value that is higher. It’s also less expensive. Open cell spray foam insulation, on the other hand, has a lower R value and is more affordable. It is also simpler to install. Open cell spray foam insulation can be used in places where closed cell foam cannot. Spray foam insulation can be used in both closed and open cell configurations to improve comfort and energy efficiency. Contact us for more information.
