They go through empolyees often, leading to disorganized management. The basic needs are covered, but the few that go above and beyond are overworked. Medical dept is always understaffed. The community is based on your neighbors and how you all work together to make things better. You can stay here tell the day you die, so long as you bring in your own hospice nurse. Garden is nice, food is ok.
