I am there to learn how to strengthen my pelvic floor. Irving was a great therapist who taught me many exercises, some of which I’ve added to my daily workout. The therapy was completely successful.

I highly recommend Range of Motion. I have been going to Range of Motion on and off since 2020. Dr. Urvi truly cares about your progress and provides one-on-one physical therapy. The place is quiet and everyone is so nice. Claire provides thoughtful appointment reminders and handles all your insurance claims. Julia is very thoughtful and helpful.

Highly recommend all birthing mothers to attend pelvic floor physical therapy with Urvi. She’s a down to earth, compassionate, and knowledgeable DPT. After 2 babies, I was left with stress incontinence and some minor a separation. After a month or so of treatment, I am noticing a big difference and I am sorry I did not seek help sooner. Thank you for all of the help you have given me! I am grateful.
