Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is the only Baptiste Power Yoga affiliate in the greater Sacramento area. We lead alignment-based yoga and seasonal SUP classes on Lake Natoma that are bold, breath-driven, and built for real life. Our 200-hour teacher trainings help students build confidence, clarity, and the skills to lead with heart. Omgosh this studio is so fun and has 3 levels of yoga for all types of people!! I’ve taken 2 classes with Hayley and 1 with Glen and so far I’ve had no bad experiences!! They make you feel so welcome and the community is awesome!!
Did a power burn with haley. Accidentally as my first class but I loved it, there was a good playlist and just as great modifications for exercise. Will come back soon
